Kulima Integrated Development Solutions (KIDS) is a boundary organisation working within the field of climate change. It acts as the interface between scientists and end-users, including policy-makers, practitioners and community members in both the public and private sectors. Kulima is committed to taking gender-sensitive approaches to its assignments.

Katharine Vincent is a geographer who conducts environmental social science research in the field of climate change adaptation in southern Africa. She is director of Kulima Integrated Development Solutions, which is a boundary organisation spanning research and policy and practice and working in transdisciplinary partnerships for climate-resilient development. |

Willem Colenbrander is a biologist who applies his biology to conservation farming and natural resources management. He has also contributed extensively to the decentralisation process in Zambia. He has been working for 48 years mainly in Zambia (since 1975), but also worked about 5 years in Serbia and Nigeria. He has worked in projects for 18 years, in the private sector for 10 years and as a consultant for 20 years. | |
Stacia Nordin a Registered Dietitian and Permaculture designer focused on indigenous resources for strengthening systems needed for nutrition. She has been working for 30 years, mostly in Malawi, but also linking with 60+ countries. She worked with the United Nations to compile the Sustainable Nutrition manual, which is used in homes, schools and churches - available freely online.
